The madrichim of St. Louis just had our Hadracha shabaton! Over Shabbat we participated in peulot teaching us how to have a good relationship with the chanichim, by balancing between being an authority figure and a friend; and better ways to interact with our fellow madrichim. To lead these interesting peulot, bogrim flew all the way from YU.
