This club is for adults who already know some Hebrew and want to improve their Hebrew conversation skills.
Our first meeting was a great success. We learned about trip types and about ‘Shvil Israel.’ We also learned Slang words that related to the subject. We were overwhelmed by the great feedback that we got, and we can’t wait for the next meeting.
Tova Shreiber, one of the participants, share with us her experience:
“Most of my Hebrew practice consists of writing, and I don’t get many opportunities to speak the language. Because of this program, though, I was able to listen to others speak Hebrew in “real-time” and respond to them. Participants learned new phrases and slang, and we experienced a bit of Israeli culture through songs and videos. Thank you, Shlichim, for creating this program.”
