1.2  You should read the terms and conditions carefully before you access any website or participate in any chatroom, newsgroup, bulletin board, mailing list, transaction or other on-line forum of Bnei Akiva.

1.3 By using these web sites, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by and comply with them.

The opportunities, resources and services that Bnei Akiva offer are stated on various web pages on the Bnei Akiva sites. The information provided on such pages are subject to change in terms of section 15.1.

9.1 The fees, relevant levies and other costs are subject to change in terms of section 15.1.

9.2 No VAT is payable on international orders for other products or services.

9.3 Import duties may be payable by recipients of goods in foreign countries. Bnei Akiva does not have knowledge of and therefore does not provide information on such levies.

10. Payment Methods

10.1 Only requests for credit card payments are accepted via the Bnei Akiva web sites. These requests are processed offline at a later stage.

10.2 Various other offline payment options, such as direct bank deposits and check payments, are available to visitors and the buyers of other products.

11. Severability

11.1 These Terms and Conditions of Use constitute the entire agreement between Bnei Akiva and you, the user of this web site. Any failure by Bnei Akiva to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions of Use shall in no way constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

11.2 In the event that any term or condition of the use of this web site is not fully enforceable or valid for any reason, such term(s) or condition(s) shall be severable from the remaining terms and conditions. 12.1 This site is hosted, controlled and operated from the United States of America and therefore governed by US law, subject to the terms of Public International Law.

13.1 Bnei Akiva is committed to protect our users’ privacy.

13.2 Bnei Akiva only collects personal information when users provide such information voluntarily, eg. when they register to use the online services or when they request information and wish to receive such information via e-mail.

13.3 In some cases non-personal information, such as the user’s domain and IP-address is stored on the user’s computer as a cookie-file and in a statistics file on the web sever. This information is used to improve the service offered to users.

13.4 The collected personal information is stored in databases to which access is strictly controlled and only staff, who in the course of their duties need to have access to such information.

13.5 No personal information about a user will be disclosed to third parties without the user’s permission or due process.

18.1 This agreement shall commence when the user starts using the Bnei Akiva web sites and continues indefinitely until terminated by Bnei Akiva in terms of clause 14 hereto or for any other reason.
